    All products listed on www.somecoastal.town are in stock and available for order unless otherwise noted. On rare occasions, products may be oversold. In such cases, orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received. Please note that items in your shopping cart are not reserved until your purchase is complete. All processed orders are subject to payment authorization and product availability.

    Some Coastal Town may request additional information to verify your identity. If this is required, we will contact you via email at the address provided. Please respond within 48 hours. If we do not receive a reply, your order may be subject to cancellation.

  • SHIPPING

    DOMESTIC SHIPPING

    We are not responsible for orders that are lost or stolen in transit. 

    In stock items typically ship within 3-5 days, this time frame is not a guarantee and is dependent on volume of orders received.

    Pre-order items will provide an estimated ship date in the product description.

    You will receive tracking information when your shipping label has been created and your order is getting ready to ship from our warehouse. Please allow 24-48 hours from receiving your shipment notification to reach out regarding tracking information. 

    Orders with an incorrect address will not ship until the address has been corrected. Please be sure to enter the correct address, if you find that your order has not shipped in the timelines stated above please reach out for further help as it is typically due to an address error.

    If you are experiencing an issue or delay with your order please check the original order confirmation email for your order number and reply to that email for customer service. If you deleted that email, please provide your order number in your inquiry to help speed up your customer service experience.


    SHIPPING INSURANCE

    If your order is placed with shipping insurance we will make all efforts to replace your lost or stolen package.

    In a scenario where 1 or multiple items that were ordered are unable to be replaced we will issue a refund for those lost/stolen items and replace what can be replaced.

    INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

    Duties are not paid for international orders.

    International orders (orders shipping to outside the United States) typically take longer to fulfill than our 1-2 week shipment time.

    Some international orders require information such as Phone Number and a Valid email address to ship. If you are ordering from a foreign country outside of the United States, please provide a phone number at checkout.

    Some international addresses do not automatically verify for shipment. If you find that you have not received and order shipment confirmation after 2 weeks please contact us to assist with getting your order fulfilled.

  • RETURNS

    To request a return, email us at hello@somecoastal.town within 5 business days of receiving your order. Please include your order number in the message.

    If your return is approved, we’ll email you a return label and instructions. You must ship your return within 5 business days of receiving the return documents, or the return will no longer be accepted.

    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

    Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be issued in the form of a digital gift card. We do not offer refunds.

    Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances once a package has been dispatched.
